What is timeline therapy?

The goal of timeline therapy is to help you gain emotional control over your life. People’s quality of life is diminished by inappropriate emotions such as bouts of anger, apathy, depression, sadness, anxiety, and chronic fear. Making false limitations, such as “I’m not good enough,” “I’ll never be rich,” or “I don’t deserve a great marriage,” undermines your ability to achieve attainable goals. By eliminating issues in your past, timeline therapy helps you move forward toward your goals. If you choose, you don’t have to relive past traumas and openly discuss them with me, as Time Line Therapy does not require that.

What Is The Goal of Timeline Therapy?

The goal of Time Line therapy is to help you subtly and gently release old negative emotions and limiting beliefs, so that you can respond emotionally to present situations based on present situations and not old experiences. This allows you to change old behavior patterns and create new exciting results in their lives.

Why is it important to release negative emotions attached to the past?

Studies in mind-body medicine and psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) explain how negative emotions can affect physical health and lead to illness development in the physical body. The intensity of our stressful experience is also affected by unresolved emotional issues and how we perceive and respond to stress.

By removing negative emotions and limiting decisions from the past, it is likely to enhance the practice of these techniques in maintaining mind-body health. The most common conditions treated with Time Line Therapy are anxiety and stress related, such as exam nerves, performance anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, PTSD, trauma and depression.
